Camp Colton is the ideal venue for your birthday, anniversary, retirement or holiday party. Our chapel is a beautiful, historic building with wonderful acoustics and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Our reception lodge is a 3000 square-foot room of rustic beauty, with wood floors, vaulted ceilings and handsome log beams. The lodge can comfortably accommodate groups of 15 to 250 guests. (We limit the number to 200 for seated dining). Adjacent is an outdoor reception area that can be used as weather permits, which is surrounded by towering fir and cedar trees, a rushing creek, and romantic lighting. Make your next event a country event, in a classic cascade foothills rain forest! Quintessentially Oregon, no matter what the occasion, the setting will be perfect!
- Private preview tours are prearranged by phone or email.
- Generally offered on Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- At 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm, or 6 pm, by appointment.
- Open House, requiring no appointment, is held every Wednesday afternoon.
- If you require individual guidance or want to conduct business during Open House, making an appointment in advance will assure you have the attention you require.
Chapel Rates
That this is a wonderful venue for any spiritual gathering, such as wedding, funeral, or worship is perhaps obvious; not so obvious is that this lovely setting, with near perfect natural accoustics, is a wonderful venue for plays, concerts, lectures, seminars, and the like.
$350 half day (4 hrs), $500 all day (9 hrs).
25% discount for weekday bookings.
Evenings after 5 pm: $450 for three hours.

Includes use of guest tables, chairs, buffets, and banquet tables for your meeting, seminar, or party. Additional equipment can be added, as fits your needs. Professional caterers, in business, may serve to your group from our kitchen, at no additional charge. We do not permit cooking, except patio barbequeing.

Personal Camping
Camping is available for families and small groups for $30/car plus $2.00 per person for each person more than three. There is a two night minimum and reservations are required. A cash deposit or credit card security is requested against damages.
Campers are provided an individual camp site with a tent space near one of the creeks, a picnic table, and fire circle. Use of a bathroom with hot shower is available free for the campers. (more at overnights) (and camping Q and A) A 7% room tax applies to all overnight stays.
There is hiking, fishing, horseshoes, canoeing, and a large campfire area. Check-in is 3 pm and check out at 2 pm the next day. Check-ins are welcomed until 8 pm. Groups of more than 12 should book as a retreat. Please plan to leave pets at home or enjoy the Grateful Dog B & B for dogs 1/2 mile away in Colton.

Use of large communal buildings is available for an additional fee.

Please make us aware of any dietary restrictions or needs no less than five days prior to your stay.
TERMS:
Advanced reservations are required for any use or event
Retreats are reserved by payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the minimum expected fees and a signed contract.
Balance due 30 days prior to retreat start date or date of party or seminar, along with a $1,000,000 liability single event policy naming our facility as "also insured".
Clients provide refundable security deposit of $5.00 per person attending, or $500, whichever is less
A 7% room tax applies to all overnight stays.
Short term bookings secured by paying entire amount as late as ten days prior to event.
In any case, all payments must clear the bank before service is rendered.
Food will be purchased and check-in allowed if all transactions are completed accordingly.
Please give us final numbers no later than three days prior in order to permit proper food amounts.
