As stewards of the land and in concert with the farm-to-table social movement–which promotes serving locally grown food–we here at Camp Colton have been exploring just that. Connecting with certified farms to source food from within just miles away and soon to be right onsite from our very own forest farm. With our well seasoned chef and farmer spearheading this program, we are very excited to begin hosting seasonal meals.
