Short Notice Scheduling
Sometimes an unbooked date, at any time of year, can be booked at a considerable discount from the full package prices, if you are willing to plan with nine weeks or less advanced scheduling. Ask for dates and discounts.

Camping Wedding
$1950 for 2 nights
A cottage/camping mix, with the east side of camp exclusive to bridal group, affords the opportunity to do a 100% DIY, casual unfolding of the wedding day in nature. (See Camping Wedding page.)
Champagne Wedding $800 up to 50 guests
Four Hours Only $1000 up to the max of 100 guests
Self-served wedding, with no staff support, allows you to use both the chapel and the lodge for your wedding and reception for four hours, between 9am and 11pm, any time of year, on dates or times when full service weddings have not been booked. The use of bride’s cottage, rehearsal on a separate day, dishware, and staff support are not included. Use of tables, chairs, fireplace, coffee maker are included. Set up of chapel and reception site arranged by wedding family. This option is designed to be certain that clients who prefer a small wedding and don't require a long event can still afford the setting. This is a truly great way to make the cost of your nuptials go further, and still enjoy both a beautiful historic chapel and rustic reception lodge for a classic western Oregon wedding. Full dinners are seldom practical for this format, but a beautiful offering of savory appetizers, bookended with service of wedding cake, seems to fit nicely in the time frame. Those who include alcohol service will need to provide an OLCC certified server.
