Day Of Mindfulness

About

In the midst of the busy summer, come take a pause in nature during our Day Of Mindfulness!

Many Rivers of Intervening Sanghas will be hosting a free day of mindfulness on July 19th from 10am-4pm. Together, we'll explore guided sitting + walking meditations, share a picnic lunch (please bring your own!), and participate in a gratitude tree practice. We will also be offering free camping if you’d like to stay overnight.

Whether you're brand new to meditation or a longtime practitioner, we are excited to have you join us!

What To Bring:

  • Sack lunch

  • Reusable water bottle (we have water filling stations)

  • Cushion for sitting meditation (if needed, we will have yoga mats)

  • Camping gear (if staying overnight)

Please register below — this helps us plan for supplies and support.
